Hello, my name is Andrea Minford. I am currently licensed in the state of Tennessee as an Affiliate Broker and REALTOR with my certifications & qualifications to include: New Homes Sales, Lot and Land Sales, Professional Marketing/Listing Representative, Buyers Agent Representative, Relocation Sales, Fine Home Sales, and Short Sales Listing Specialist in the greater Memphis, TN area. I am presently working with an amazing team of Realtors in our Prudential Collins-Maury Office in Collierville, Tennessee.
I have been helping buyers and sellers for many years now and have a great passion for Real Estate! I am a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am also a member of the Multi Million Dollar Club, and I was honored to receive Prudential Real Estates National Honor Society Award for the year, 2010, when compared to all Prudential agents Nationwide, as well as receiving "Listing Agent of the Month" Award twice in the last year. I am well trained & qualified to assist you in the following: Listing/Marketing Specialist, New Homes Sales, Relocation Consultant to both Buyers & Sellers, and as your Buyers Agent Representative.
I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, PA earning a dual Major in Business Administration and Psychology, and I started my career as an Area Sales Manager & Assistant Buyer for May Company Dept. Stores in Pittsburgh, PA. I then enjoyed success working at NVR, inc., Ryan Homes, as a New Homes Sales Respresentative for the number one home Builder in Pittsburgh at that time. I received the Top New Home Sales--VOLUME Award 2 consecutive years out of 20 sales representatives and received the Top New Home Sales --UNITS Closed Award one year. (this included all Pittsburgh Divisions: North, South, East, & West Communities, over 21 New Homes Communities.)
I currently reside in Germantown, TN with my family and have enjoyed living in the Memphis area now for over 5 years.
